What is Birdies?
Birdies is a state-of-the-art indoor golf simulator centre designed for golfers seeking a private, high-tech environment for practice and play. Our facility features cutting-edge simulator technology, providing an immersive golfing experience.
Where is Birdies located?
We are situated in Redland Bay, Queensland in the Redlands Business Park.
What are your operating hours?
Members can book sessions from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, 7 days a week.
Is parking available?
Yes, we offer dedicated parking spaces for members. Additional visitor parking is available; please adhere to posted signage to avoid restricted areas.
What facilities are available?
Our centre has toilet facilities, free filtered water, and refreshments can be purchased from our vending machine.
How do I access the facility after hours?

Membership & Bookings
Do I need a membership to play?
You will get the most value from our memberships which give preferred booking hours among other benefits. Pay as you go bookings are available at $30 per hour
How do I join?
Click “Join Now” to sign up. You’ll receive a welcome email with further instructions upon registration.
How do bookings work?
Members can book sessions online through our portal. Each member may hold up to 5 active bookings at any time. Sessions conclude 5 minutes before the hour to allow for a smooth transition between bookings.
How do i cancel?
Just email us and we will cancel your membership within 24 working hours. Your most recent weekly payment will not be refunded
Simulator Technology
What simulator technology do you use?
Birdies utilizes commercial-grade overhead launch monitors paired with ultra-realistic simulator software, delivering precise ball and club data, including face impact location, swing replays, and more. Club stickers are NOT required to give you full measured club data.
What software powers the simulators?
Our simulators run on GSPro software, offering over 1,700 high-end courses, realistic ball physics, and various game improvement features.
Are clubs and balls provided?
We have sets of clubs freely available to use, however we only have 1 left handed and 2 right handed sets. Balls are provided free of charge, but use of your own balls is permitted as long as they are clean and scuff/nick free.
Can I use my own tees or training gear?
We provide tees compatible with our system to ensure consistency and safety during play.
Guests & Conduct
Can I bring a friend?
Yes, members may bring a maximum of 3 guests per session at no additional charge. We recommend 1 hour per person to get the most out of your session
Can we bring alcohol?
No, alcohol is strictly prohibited within the facility. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of membership.
Is the centre shared or private?
Each booking grants private access to a simulator bay. While the facility is shared among members, your session will be uninterrupted.
Is coaching available?
Yes, we collaborate with local PGA professionals who offer lessons within our facility. Please contact our team to schedule a session.
Is the space available for private hire or corporate bookings?
Currently, Birdies operates exclusively for members and does not offer private or corporate bookings.
